The Orange County Bar Foundation Legacy

I acknowledge and accept an invitation to make my own commitment to The Orange County Bar Foundation to help support educational projects to keep at-risk youth out of jail, in school, healthy and drug free through education, counseling and mentoring.

I hereby signify my intention to include in my estate plan, a bequest of at least $1,000 to The Orange County Bar Foundation, 313 North Birch Street, Santa Ana, CA 92701.

Pursuant to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the Age Discrimination Act of 1975,
