What is the Orange County Bar Foundation, Inc.®?
The Orange County Bar Foundation (OCBF) is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization committed to keeping at-risk youth out of jail, in school, healthy, and drug free through education, counseling, and mentoring. The OCBF has been a leader in the field of juvenile crime diversion and citizenship education for 30 years, consistently achieving positive results in the community served.

Jeffrey M. Carlton leaves major gift to the OCBF to ensure the Foundation's longevity and success
The Jeffrey M. Carlton Foundation will make a significant annual distribution to the Orange County Bar Foundation. Along with two other health institutions, privileged through this estate, the Foundation will enjoy long term stability through Jeffrey Carlton's generosity. His legacy will have a permanent impact on the charities and educational institutes he supported.

The Orange County Bar Foundation is extremely grateful for such a generous gift that will enable the Foundation to start each year with strong financial support. The Foundation's current goal is to raise a minimum of two million dollars annually to support its programs. It is the Foundation's wish that more donors trust in the valuable youth and family health, education and safety programs run by the Foundation and invest to keep the programs and services available to our community.
